Dance Movement Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Initial sessions are typically conducted as a 75 minute session and thereafter 60 minutes per session.
Individual sessions offer personalised support which involve movement, dance and art processes that can include music, props, and improvisation to work on goals and themes relevant to you.
Each session will be slightly different depending on your needs and goals but will follow a general structure.

These may include excercises to attune to the body or breath, to explore different movements, or using different props or art-making. These will include check-ins with me, and sometimes may be on your own or acoompanied by me.
Sessions end with a closing discussion and resonance.

Group sessions are 75 minutes or 90 minutes per session depending on group size.
Groups offer inclusive communal support and connection through shared rhythms, movement and story telling.
